PURCHASER agrees that NO AUDIO and/or VIDEO RECORDING(S) SHALL BE MADE FOR SALE/PROFIT/PROMOTIONAL OF PERFORMANCE at the Engagement shall be recorded, reproduced or transmitted from the place of engagement, in any manner or by any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with SELLER relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction, transmission and/or sale/profit/promotion except for historical purposes

SELLER and/or seller's representatives shall have complete access to the place of engagement covered by this contract for purposes of performing duties and responsibilities (for example "sound check") and communicating with the Entertainer(s) and the PURCHASER
|

Egidio Faiella is not only a live performing artist, but more importantly, an accomplished recording artist having had his recorded music featured on national TV and movies. Therefore, unless otherwise indicated in this contract, the PURCHASER clearly understands and agrees that various recordings, in the form of CDs or any other recording medium, of "The Faiella's Acoustic Guitar & Mandolin" and/or "Egidio Faiella - American-Italian Mandolino" shall be made available for sale at the place of engagement.
